One person is dead from injuries they suffered in a vehicle accident caused by a flash flood carving a ravine in a road in Campbell County.

JULY 23 DAILY BLOTTER ITEM: SEXUAL ABUSE: WESTOVER ROAD: A 19-year-old man was arrested at about 9 p.m. Tuesday on a warrant out of Converse County for second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, Deaton said.

A man who died in a flash flood on a remote country road has been identified as Dillard "Buster" Jeffress.
